第三十五首 but a mere dream（故事）

    last night i dreamt i went to your house，

    the jasmines were just blooming in the porch.

    i roamed around like a welcomed guest，

    through the sumptuously furnished parlor，

    and into the ethereal diving room with the wonder of an eye.

    everything i remembered and left in oblivion were surely there.

    only silence was present until i played pathtique on three pianos，

    something i thought could not have been done poorer than then.

    “this one doesn’t work”， a girl talked through the room，

    who was as startled as me at this unexpected guest，

    but who deserved more than just a guest.

    her almond shaped eyes were pretty yet not the ones i’ve beheld，

    scarce traces of weary left her hair tousled.

    her insouciant voice began answering my questions，
